Woodward police tried to initiate a traffic stop on Madison Avenue. The other then reportedly fled at a high rate of speed. That car then struck a curb at 20th Street, went airborne and rolled one time. Three of the five teenagers inside the other were ejected. Hannah Cecelia Quinn-Haws and Katana Angel Richey were killed.
