Michael Richardson was seen driving a car that was on fire. He was driving through a bank parking lot, jumped the curb, and drove in the parking lot near Carter's Chicken, where deputies surrounded his other. They told him to get out of the burning car, and broke a window, trying to extinguish the flames, but he pulled out a gun and shot and killed himself.
