Deadly force

Deputies were patrolling the area when they noticed a suspicious car, facing the wrong way on the street. A person was sitting in the driver's seat, and a man was standing outside of the car. When the deputies approached, the man standing outside the car ran, armed with a handgun, police said. The deputies chased after Kenneth Lewis and shot and killed him as he brandished the weapon.
