Jermondra Lemon Mack was allegedly driving a stolen 2005 Honda Accord when he refused to stop for Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies, police said. He lost control, left the road, struck a ditch, and overturned. He was not wearing a seatbelt and died after being partially ejected.
