Deadly force

A driver was reported as speeding on C-470 and passing cars on the shoulder, police said. A deputy came upon the car, which was unoccupied, at an O'Reilly's Auto Parts store. A short time later, Austin Dunsmore got into the car. The deputy got out of his patrol car, and approached the other. Dunsmore appeared to reach under the seat, and then began to drive while grasping the deputy's arm. The deputy shot and killed Dunsmore.
