A Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a car for excessive speed. The deputy made contact with the driver and thought he smelled marijuana. The driver fled at a high rate of speed. Two Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputies pursued the other. The driver lost control and crashed, killing Stephan Ramsey.
