Adelbert Kevin Redo, 30, was pulled over by a trooper for speeding. Police said Redo dragged the trooper, who was trying to arrest him while he drove away. Redo allegedly took the Little Rock Road exit while driving at a high rate of speed and lost control of his car and drove off the road, police said. Redo's car went airborne and allegedly hit other vehicles when it landed, killing Teresa Villanueva Ortuno. Police said Redo would be charged with second-degree murder, felony hit and run, two counts of felony serious injury by other, driving while impaired, and reckless driving.
