Police received a call just after midnight about an intoxicated person. When officers arrived, one of the officers approached the front door of a trailer the Oakwood Trailer Complex. Around 12:30 a.m., officers told the person inside the trailer to drop his firearm before shooting and killing Robert Edwards.
