Debra Renee Eckhart, 25, and Rena Chhay, 27, were killed when a driver tried to flee from police during a Henrico County traffic stop and crashed into two vehicles, police said. The adult victims were passengers inside the suspect's other. Lewis Irvin Price, 27, of Henrico, was charged with hit and run and eluding.
