Officers were called to a residence in Ridley Village at 3:10 a.m. They spoke with the reporting party and while speaking with the reporting party, a person stepped out and began firing at officers. Officers Michael Hutter and Eric Clark were hit, and Brandon Kuhlman was shot and killed.
