Deputies went to a home around 5:30 a.m. after a caller reported hearing a gunshot and arguing coming from next door. When the deputy arrived at the scene, a man answered the door and got into a fight with the deputy, police said. A neighbor heard the altercation and came over to help the deputy. During the fight, the deputy shot and killed the man.
