Suicide
Mark Anthony Conditt was a suspect in a series of bombing attacks. Police had zeroed in on Conditt at a hotel on Interstate 35. They were waiting for ballistic vehicles to arrive when his other began to drive away. Police followed the other, which stopped in a ditch on the side of the road. When members of the SWAT team approached, Conditt allegedly detonated an explosive device inside the other, killing himself.
