Deadly force
Officers were called to a Walmart parking lot for a suspicious other. When deputies arrived, they found a black Ford Mustang driven by a man who was wanted for a recent crime. Diante Yarber allegedly reversed toward officers, hitting a police car. He allegedly drove in the general direction of officers again and was shot and killed. Inside the other, there was a driver and three passengers. Police alleged vehicular assault.
