Shortly before 7 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man armed with a gun, suffering from a mental health emergency. Police said he came out of a home holding the gun. He then fired a round as he walked back inside and proceeded to fire the gun several more times while in the house. Police said he left the house for a second time and fired his gun again, and he was shot and killed.
