About 4:50 a.m., three off-duty deputies working at the Ivory Restaurant were involved in a fight inside the business. During the fight, a Taser was used on a man. He was released and left the restaurant. Soon after, Norris Duffy was seen outside next to his SUV pulling out a rifle. One of the off-duty deputies shot and killed Duffy.
