Norma Pena, Reynaldo Pena's mother, called police to get help with her son in a domestic disturbance. When police told him to get out of a other, he had two knives in his hands. Police said Reynaldo Pena came toward officers in an aggressive manner with the knives despite verbal commands to stop, and police shot and killed him.
