Deadly force
At approximately 3:15 am, a Dumas officer was taking a report about a stolen other, when the owner of the other saw it drive by. The officer returned to his other to radio the information to dispatch and was standing outside of his other the driver of the other make a u-turn and traveled back toward him, allegedly ramming the officer's patrol other. Augustine Oliva backed the other up and allegedly drove toward the officer, who shot and killed him.
