Suicide
Officer Timothy Williams stopped a Toyota 4Runner after Timothy Bontrager failed to use his turn signal. Williams was joined by another officer who stood on the passenger side of the stopped other. Williams suspected Bontrager of driving while impaired, and the apparent suicide occurred during questioning. Police said paramedics found a gun in the driver's hand, but that Williams had also fired into the car.
