Police received several calls that Emmanuel Bitsuie was stabbing his uncle David Bitsuie. Officer Jordan Roberts encountered Emmanuel on top of David in a backyard, repeatedly stabbing his uncle. Emmanuel ignored Officer Roberts's orders to disarm, so Roberts shot and killed Emmanuel. David succumbed to his knife wounds.
