Kelly Kenneth Sutton allegedly broke into a woman's house and startled her in the bedroom. She called 911 and Sutton, apparently intoxicated, left. Seven minutes later, two police officers encountered Sutton about three blocks away. A struggle ensued in which Sutton allegedly choked one of the officers. Both officers shot and killed the unarmed Sutton.
