Erica Flores was killed when a police officer patrol car collided with her other in an intersection. The officer was cleared of any wrongdoing, but according to a lawsuit filed by Flores' family, the police officer was driving up to 98 mph in a 30 mph zone and was not using his emergency siren and lights when he struck Flores' jeep.
