Cincinnati police were attempting to serve a felony warrant to a resident of the Talbert House facility. James Clay pulled what appeared to be a firearm from his waistband and charged at the officers. Clay was killed, Ronald Schultz was shot by his fellow officers. The weapon was a pellet gun.
