A man was killed after falling from a major freeway during a motorcycle chase by the Harris County Pct. 1 Constable's Office. The chase started downtown before ending when the motorcyclist loss control and was ejected from the bike, landing on the ground below the highway. The constable's office withheld the reason the man was being chased.
