Deadly force
At about 11:49 p.m., police responded to a report of an assault. While interviewing the victim, Antonio Aguirre drove by in a pickup and police pursued him until he reached his residence. Officers surrounded the other and could see Aguirre was armed. He refused commands to disarm and then reportedly made a sudden movement that caused nine officers to shoot and kill him.
