Police said Juan Lopez shot and killed his ex-fiance in the hospital parking lot then went inside the hospital, where he shot and killed a pharmacist and a responding police officer. Lopez died when an officer shot him in the abdomen, and Lopez shot himself in the head. Lopez fired more than 40 rounds on his rampage.
