About 4:40 a.m., when Clark County deputies and Vancouver police officers responded to reports of a stolen other. Deputies found the pickup and saw someone inside. A witness stated that the other, while fleeing, struck a car and then a patrol other. Police shot and killed the occupant, David Villagran.
