Grenada police responded to a disturbance at 5:30 a.m. Officers made contact with Robert Loggins, whom they incapacitated with a Taser. The local ambulance service cleared him to travel. Loggins was pronounced dead at the Grenada County Jail while waiting to be processed at around 7 a.m.
