Deadly force

Officers were called just after 11 p.m. on reports of someone exposing himself. Callers pointed officers toward the apartment that man lived in, and they went to speak with the man, and a fight started. Police said the man was able to take an officer's gun away and shoot the officer before the other officer shot and killed him.
