A man was allegedly driving a stolen other, which was pulled over for a traffic stop. He started firing on officers from his other, then jumped out of the other and shot at officers with a shotgun, five officers shot and killed him. This was Officer Bryce Willsey's second killing. Willsey would kill two more by June 2021.
