Suicide

At 9:42 p.m., a man telephoned police to report that someone had shot themselves in the front yard of his home. Through the course of the telephone call, the caller said that he was the one going to kill himself and then hung up. Officers responded to the home. No injured people were found. A man walked out of the garage holding a handgun. The man was ordered to drop the weapon. He disregarded the commands, continued walking to the center of the cul-de-sac where he shot and killed himself.
