Ja'Ron Nero's body was found in the Nimishillen Creek on Jan. 28, four weeks after he ran from police responding to a domestic dispute involving him, his children's mother and another man at a nearby apartment complex. Nero's family had asked police to use a boat to look for him since he was last seen near the creek.
