Douglas County deputies were chasing Deanna May Bixby when she crashed into another car and killed Jayne Frances Davicsin, 25, and Ryan Scott Carter, 27. Bixby was driving erratically and reached speeds of up to 100 mph while the deputy pursued her. Bixby allegedly was driving a car that was stolen two days earlier.
