Deputies responded to a call about a car spinning its tires in a driveway, throwing rocks into a nearby home. The deputy ordered the man to stop when he drove off. Timothy Rhodes was ordered to get out of the car. Deputy Mike King shot and killed Rhodes he allegedly tried to get the deputy's firearm.
