Police received a call at 3:21 p.m. about a disturbance related to a speeding complaint between the suspect and a neighbor. Police said Joseph Hart pulled out a gun on the neighbor after being asked to slow down. Hart was shot and killed after engaging deputies in a nearly half-hour shootout.
