An officer was called to a disturbance around 11:30 p.m. at a Dodge's convenience store. Upon arrival the officer found Marzues Scott across the street at the Deerfield Inn. Scott allegedly attacked the officer and during a scuffle, the officer shot and killed Scott. Most details regarding the killing were withheld by police.
