A 911 caller said that their father, Reinaldo Gonzalez, was killing their mother, Marays Morejon, with a knife. When entering the home, an officer found Morejon dead. The officer then encountered Gonzalez, who was armed with a knife. The officer shot and killed him when Gonzalez advanced toward him and did not comply with orders to drop the knife.
