Corey Byrd, 20, and Sebastien "Roro" Montez, 16, were shot and killed at about 5:40 p.m. The two were standing near a bus stop with a third man, identified by police as 19-year-old Paschal Evans, when a black SUV drove up to the Hays and Lockhart intersection, and an unknown male began firing a rifle at the three in front of an officer and two detectives who were already at the scene investigating other cases, police said.
