Enrique Lopez was allegedly driving a stolen tow truck and shot at troopers who were trying to stop him, leading them to shoot and kill Lopez. He apparently ran over spike strips which caused him to lose control of the tow truck, run through oncoming traffic and crash into a tree. No injuries or deaths were reported to bystanders.
