Tom Ihlenfeldt allegedly wounded two people with his rifle after becoming angry with the use of fireworks in his St. Clair Shores neighborhood. He was also suspected of having shot and killed Carol Baur inside a home where he held off police in a 28-hour standoff before committing suicide.
