Michigan State Police said Chris Long, 17, and a Mareshia Zanaya-Shyinda Newman, 19, allegedly stole a Dodge Charger in a carjacking at a party store. Troopers found the Charger around two minutes after the carjacking happened. They tried to stop it, the driver fled, and troopers pursued. Police said the stolen other blew through a red light and collided with another other, killing Alison Looney.
