Suicide
Police said Jeffrey Binder was making threats to harm himself at a home. The threats reportedly came during a domestic dispute, and he fled the home prior to the arrival of police. Binder was found at 4 p.m. driving a Honda Odyssey. He was pursued by Licking County deputies into Muskingum County where troopers joined the pursuit. Spike strips deflated at least one tire. The Honda traveled off the highway and came to rest, and Binder was found dead within of a reportedly self-inflicted gunshot.
