Police responded around 9 a.m. following 911 calls that David Doyle was in the street waving a gun and shouting suicidal statements. When officers arrived, they found Doyle in the street with a handgun. Doyle ran to his backyard but was still within view of police. Doyle and police exchanged fire, and Doyle was shot and killed.
