A woman called 911 about 3:20 a.m. and said her ex-husband was at her home, violating her temporary protective order. The man was gone before the deputies arrived, but his other was later spotted on a nearby road. After a short pursuit, the other was stopped on Browns Bridge Road when deputies threw out stop sticks to deflate his tires. Anthony Viadero reportedly got out of his other and pointed a gun at the deputies, who shot and killed him as he reportedly advanced toward them with what turned out to be a black BB gun with a laser sight.
