Around 2:30 p.m., officers saw a other with its hazard lights on. They reportedly went to see if they could help. Officers said there was a woman in the other, and she said her boyfriend went to go get help. When the man came back he was on a bike, he saw officers and allegedly brandished a handgun. Officers shot and killed him.
