Christopher Mills allegedly shot his way into a home of an ex-girlfriend. He wearing a bullet-proof vest, and had a shotgun, a handgun and a knife, and he allegedly failed to comply with officers' orders to disarm, turned the shotgun toward law enforcement, and then he was shot and killed.
