Around 6 a.m., an officer found a other, which had been reported stolen on Spooner Drive. He shined his light on the other and saw it was occupied. The driver put the car in drive and started driving in the general direction of the officer, who backed up into a 6-feet-tall fence, and shot and killed Steven Kerr.
