An officer reportedly dropped his duty belt as he tried to arrest Dylan Woodburn, 27. Woodburn ran to the Freebirds World Burrito, where he stabbed and killed the manager, Johnathan Aguilar, 34. Woodburn then climbed to the roof and either fell or jumped headfirst down to the street, which killed him. The first 911 came in about 8 a.m. with reports that Woodburn was threatening people with a large rock.
