Police responded to the Crossroads Apartments to serve an arrest warrant on Rashad Warren for murder. Warren reportedly barricaded himself inside an apartment a short time after officers arrived. At about 12:30 p.m., officers heard a gunshot and at around 1:15 p.m., they entered the apartment. Officers found Warren inside the apartment with a fatal, self-inflicted gunshot. Warren was believed responsible for the death of Emily Sarah Bingabing.
