Around 7 p.m., an officer located a other that had been reported stolen just moments before. The officer attempted to stop the other, however the driver accelerated. The officer chased the other, and then reportedly broke off the pursuit. Shortly after, police say the other crashed on the 700 block of South Alameda killing the driver, Brian Anthony Hand-Devine .
