Jeremy Todd Baham was bipolar and lived with his mother. Police were called to the townhome complex on reports Baham was armed and disturbing people. Police encountered Baham who was armed with an unidentified weapon rumored to be a knife. A struggle ensued, one officer was injured, and Braham was shot and killed.
